Brownie truffles

Make some brownies. Pre-heat that oven!
Grease a pan however you want, and bake accordingly.
Cook according to box, or until toothpick comes out clean.
Put brownies in a bowl. I did it while it was hot, you can cool it. Also it is optional to cut the edges off so you don't get any crusty pieces in your brownie truffle, but I didn't and it turned out fine.
Smoosh it all together.
Put in freezer for 10-15 minutes. After you roll the dough into balls.

While that is happening toast some nuts in a pan with about a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Also I kept the finished product in the freezer so that it wasn't hot when you rolled the chocolate balls in it.

Add some butter to the chocolate chips, and melt in microwave in 30 second intervals.
This is mid way, I had to add more vegetable oil. About 1/3 to 1/2 cup vegetable oil.
The finished product should be smooth.
Toasted walnuts is a good topping, but coco powder with a little bit of cinnamon is good too.
Dip the cold brownie balls in chocolate, Coat completely. Try not to have a ton of excess chocolate.

Set the chocolate covered ball in the topping, and roll around until completely coated. You can also leave them plain and drizzle with left over chocolate mixed with a tsp of mint extract. After you are done decorating you should put them in the freezer to set.
This is the final product!

M&M cookies

While you wait for the butter. Preheat your oven to 350. If you're like me and can't bare to wait, just microwave the butter, don't do it too long though.

Creme it up!

Use a mixer people!
Vanilla! I forgot the second egg yolk... It turned out fine
A River of salt and baking soda
I'll probably never pre-mix my flour, salt, and baking soda.
Done Dough!
If it's soft, cover it with whatever you want, and pop it in the fridge for a little while.
Prepare something to cook on, it's your house, I'm not going to tell you how.
Use an ice cream scoop because the proportions seem WAY too big
